The Tognini family are loving a ploughman's plate as the weather warms up. Here is our DIY recipe for you and loved ones to enjoy making ( & eating! ) at home.
Ingredients
- Tognini's housemade Chicken terrine*
- Falwasser Crackers (gluten free now available)*
- Jamon prosciutto*
- Cornichons*
- Your favorite pickle or relish from the shelf– try a Wolf in the Kitche*n range
- Fresh ciabatta bread*
- Tognini's house smoked salmon*
- Cheese-Testun Al Barolo*
- Quince paste *
To Serve: Arrange with love and some creative flair on a wooden board and enjoy! Match with a refreshing white wine or beer.
This is great, brunch, lunch, dinner and anytime in between.
