The Tognini family are loving a ploughman's plate as the weather warms up. Here is our DIY recipe for you and loved ones to enjoy making ( & eating! ) at home. 

Ingredients 
  • Tognini's housemade Chicken terrine*
  • Falwasser Crackers (gluten free now available)*
  • Jamon prosciutto*
  • Cornichons*
  • Your favorite pickle or relish from the shelf
    – try a Wolf in the Kitche*n range
  • Fresh ciabatta bread*
  • Tognini's house smoked salmon*
  • Cheese-Testun Al Barolo*
  • Quince paste *

To Serve: Arrange with love and some creative flair on a wooden board and enjoy! Match with a refreshing white wine or beer. 

This is great, brunch, lunch, dinner and anytime in between.
